In an effort to make your visit with us as enjoyable as possible, we have compiled some of the most frequently asked questions along with their answers.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DOES DARTS AND SUPPLIES ACCEPT?

We currently accept: Master Card, Visa, Discover,  Pay Pal,  Money Orders  and checks (orders paid by check will be held for 10 days for clearing).

WHO DO I CONTACT FOR WARRANTY REPAIRS?

Darts and supplies will assist you with any warranty repair or service for any product. However, the manufacturer of the product is responsible for the actual warranty service and you will need to notify us and we will provide you with an authorization number, then you will be able to return the product to the manufacturer. (see the instructions on the shipping page)

WHAT IF I PLACE AN ORDER AND IT IS OUT OF STOCK?

If your order can not be completed, we will notify you as soon as possible and let you know an estimated date that we can ship your order.  We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will do what we can to rectify the situation.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP ORDERS TO?

We ship to the lower 48 States.  At this time, we are not set up to ship outside the continental United States. 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can place your order online with our secure online shopping cart,  or if you prefer by snail mail, simply print out your order, during our secure checkout process, and mail it to us at (DartsAndSupplies.Com, 876 Main St, Hanson, MA 02341) .  If using snail mail, either include a check made out to Dartsandsupplies.com or your credit card information (with name on the card, account number, expiration date, the billing address for the card and the three digit security code from the back of the card.), as well as the shipping address.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

Most orders are  shipped, UPS within 3 business days of receiving your order.  No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. 

WHY DON'T YOU CARRY ALL THE PRODUCTS FOR YOUR MANUFACTURERS?

Good Question!  There are a variety of reasons why we may not carry all of a manufacturers products.  In most cases, however, we should be able to special order an item for you. Just email us at info@DartsAndSupplies.com and let us know what you're looking for and we'll try to get it for you.

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

We at DartsAndSupplies.com take your privacy as seriously as you do.  To help insure your privacy, we use the most up-to-date encryption technology to keep your personal information as secure as possible.  This includes your billing, credit card and account information; NONE of this can be read as it travels our system. IS IT REALLY SAFE TO USE A CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

YES. Developers and servers have spent great sums of money to assure your privacy and protection.  If you're new to on-line shopping, we've also included some additional security information for you on our privacy policy page. We hope you will find it useful.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RETAIL AND SALE PRICES?

Retail is the manufacturer's suggested price and because our cost of doing business on the internet is much lower, we can offer you discounted sale prices.

DO YOU HAVE A PRINTED CATALOG AVAILABLE?

Unfortunately, due to high printing costs, and everchanging shipping rates and product availability, our catalog is on-line only.

DO YOU ACCEPT COD ORDERS?

Sorry, but no.  We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) orders. Of course we will always accept an order prepaid by check or money order.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?

Sales tax is applied to Massachusetts residents only.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY PERSONAL INFORMATION ONCE I'VE PLACED AN ORDER?

Your order and personal information will be stored very briefly on our secure server until it is retrieved by an authorized member of our staff.  This information will then be used only for the purpose of fulfilling you product order.  We, here at DartsAndSupplies.Com, consider this information to be completely confidential.  Please rest assured that all your personal information will never be sold or shared with anyone (company or individual).

WHY SHOULD I BOOKMARK DARTSANDSUPPLIES.COM AT DEL.ICIO.US?

Because this allows you the convenience of accessing everything you have bookmarked (with del.icio.us), from any computer in the world.  This affords a distinct advantage over your favorites or regular bookmarks, which are only accessible from your personal or business computer.  Should your computer crash or be unavailable to you, you can access everything you've bookmarked with del.icio.us, from any other computer.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Althought this would be a rare occurance, it does happen.  Please have the delivery service make note of the problem (otherwise, your damage claim may be disallowed), save the original packaging and contact us immediately (within 5 days), and we will handle the problem. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS FILLED INCORRECTLY?

Although our warehouse employees work very diligently to make sure this isn't the case, mistakes do happen.  If your order isn't correct, please notify us immediately and we'll remedy the situation to your satisfaction.

WHAT IF AN ITEM IN MY ORDER IS DEFECTIVE?

Please notify us of any defects and we will either replace or credit you for the defective item (s). All products are subject to the manufacturers' warranties.
