RETURNS
Our main objective is to to make you, our customer, satisfied such that you want to come back and shop with us again and again. To that end, if you need to return an item (for any reason) please contact us first. We will try and make your shopping (and return - if necessary) experience as pleasant as possible and will provide a few guidelines which you can follow to make the return as painless as possible.

When returning products, please include the following information:

A restocking fee or handling fee may be charged at our discretion. We will be happy to replace or credit items that are defective or shipped in error.
ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#). To receive an RA#, please email DartsAndSupplies.com with the reason for the return. Please clearly mark the RA# on the shipping label. Please include with the return material, a completed Return Authorization Form, which was provided with your order. We reserve the right to refuse to credit items returned without an RA#. Any items returned without prior approval will be returned at sender's expense. A restocking or handling fee may apply for any returned goods.
RA's will remain open for a period of 30 days from date of issue. Product must be returned within this time period to insure acceptance of product and proper credit to your account. Open RA's will be cancelled after 30 days if product has not been received.
SHIPPING TIME
Orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, email or snail mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute another item or cancel your order.
Orders received after 9:00 a.m. eastern time, will be shipped the next working day. Orders over 200 lbs. will be shipped hundred weight service. All shipping charges are billed back on the face of your invoice. Regular ground ship orders will be pulled, packed and shipped in the order in which they are received.

You will find more accurate shipping charges for your order in the order summary section of your shopping cart. The exact charges will show during the order process after you have entered you shipping address.
DISCONTINUED ITEMS
We do our best to keep accurate inventory, however, sometimes there are situations which are out of our control. We will do our absolute best to fill your order. In the event that we can't, we will fully refund your money. We apologize if this ever happens.
